COVID-19 Letter on Operations

Dear Valued Customer

The health and well-being of our employees and communities is our top operating priority. We understand the concern and uncertainty you may be experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) and we are committed to being responsive to the needs of our employees and customers as the situation evolves.

Recently we were updated to new protocols, requests and procedures we have been asked to follow. Federal regulators and municipalities have asked us to continue to maintain proper sanitization to bodies of water for our communities. According to the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), COVID-19 cannot survive in properly treated pool and hot tub water; however untreated water can promote many other types of bacteria (Pseudomonas, Cryptosporidium, E. Coli, Shigella etc.). Treating and maintaining water quality is necessary to prevent the transmission of infectious diseases.

Moving forward we ask if you see your pool technician outside to maintain a distance of at least 6 feet. They have been instructed to maintain distances and refer customers to call (480-837-0101) or email (support@azpoolkeeper.com) with issues or requests. If you are a commercial property, we have not been given guidance as to closures at this time. However, if this changes we will let you know.

We are fortunate that our small business has not been asked to close and that our employees work independently and outside. Our staff is made up of hourly workers who will rely on your continued patronage and support. If you are experiencing financial strain due to the ongoing economic conditions, please reach out. We are in this together and as we mentioned above, our top priority is the health and well-being of our staff and communities.

Thank you and stay safe!
Alisha & Brian Koborg
